Parents in Partnership for Transition: In-person

Parents in Partnership for Transition is a series of top-notch trainings to prepare you for what comes after high school for your youth with a disability between the ages of 14 and 21.

Why attend PIP-T?

  • Become part of a network of parents who have youth with disabilities.

  • Explore ways to share the information you have learned with other parents.

  • Strengthen partnerships between the professionals you interact with on behalf of your child.

All sessions run from 9 am to 3:30 p.m.  Attendance at all sessions is required.
